Announcement: Desktop app converter for Win32 to .NET changes app to Windows Store UWP app. #build2016 Project Centennial.
So sounds like Centennial is ready for release. Now the converter is being demoed.

This converter will let legacy .NET and Win32 apps to becoming UWP with Live Tiles, notifications, etc. and be listed in the Store.
Live coding of how this conversion happens. There are either no modifications or very little e.g. couple lines of code.

This part will be about cross platform development and using C# apps.
Xamarin layer over C#. Using these tools can easily bring app to iOS and Android. (So this is the 'reverse' Bridge part)
Ideally, you can code an app with C#, use Xamarin for a layer, then bring it to iOS and Android. Dev can stay in Visual Studio the whole time (people clap).
