It's for the developers in attendance, so likely similar to BlackBerry Jam Americas... but I'm sure RIM will sneak something in there for us.

Kevin or Chris Umi(if you're here), I was interested in reading the different analyst views about RIMM this week. I'm curious what you think will happen to revenue coming from app world/content distribution (movies, music...) once BB10 phones launch. I haven't seen it discussed at all.

At BBJam Americas the SDK's were released on the same day, along with the Dev Alpha firmware update.

To me it's the UX of BB10 that's really awesome.. will still be some room on that UI to further tweak. But UX is what matters most, and BB10 will kill that.

I hope a lot of quality control happens when it comes to applications and the way their icon's are represented. I've seen some of the playbooks application icons and it looks like a 6 year old made it.

Kevin have you heard anything about why the 2 SDK are coming out so close together. Nov 29 and Dec 11. Seems kind of odd timing. Was the final beta delayed or is it in such good shape the gold is almost ready to go.

@kevin, I agree with your post and I get it but it's the rest of the tech world I would be more worried about. We've seen smaller issues than icon design be torn apart by reviews. I just hope the overall appeal of BB10 doesn't get overshadowed by some editors hate against the icons or some similar small issue.
